Single stage low pressure reducing pressure regulators-072 Series

• 1/4” NPT type regulator.
• Inlet pressures are 3000psig (210bar) or 600psig (42bar) and outlet pressures are 25pisg (1.7bar), 50psig(3.5bar), 100psig(7bar), 250psig(17bar), 500psig (35bar)
• Panel mounting nut or wall mounting bracket available as option
• W072S-0000x-1O: W model is only for Liquid or Water
• Design proof pressure: 150% of maximum rated
• 2-ports, 3-ports, 4-ports and 5-ports, 6-ports available

High pressure reducing regulators-082 Series

• 1/4” NPT type regulator
• Drastar’s specially developed “piston-diaphragm” mounted
• Inlet pressure is 6000psi(420bar) and outlet pressures are 1000psig (70 bar), 2000 psig (140 bar), 3000 psig (210 bar), 4500psig(310bar)
• Panel mounting nut or wall mounting bracket available as option
• Design proof pressure: 150% of maximum rated
• Applicable for gas and liquid in the field of various high purity gases, corrosive gases, pharmaceutical line, research labs, etc. (082S model made of stainless steel 316L for its internals and body)

Single stage High Flow low pressure reducing regulators-092 Series

• 1/2″ NPT type high flow low pressure regulator
• Inlet pressures are 3000psi(210bar) or 600psi(42bar) and outlet pressures are 25psig (1.7 bar), 50psig(3.5bar), 100psig(7bar), 250psig(17bar), 500psig(35bar)
• Panel mounting nut or wall mounting bracket available as option
• W092-0000x-1S or W092-0500x-1S: W model is only for Liquid or Water
• Design proof pressure: 150% of maximum rated
• Applicable for general gas line, bulk gas line, research labs, specialty gases for analytical application, high purity gases, mixing gases, and corrosive gases as well as liquids.

Two-stage low pressure regulators

2000 Series is a 1/4” NPT type two stage low pressure reducing regulator specially designed to regulate the high pressure gas cylinder to low pressure applications more accurately and safely. Max inlet pressure is 250bar(3600psig) and outlet pressure ranges from 0.3bar(5psig) up to 20bar(290psig).

• 1/4” NPT type regulator
• Suitable for the high pressure labs, industrial control
• Inlet pressure is 250bar(3600psig) and outlet pressures are 2bar(30psig), 5bar(75psig), 10bar(145psig), 20bar(290psig)
• Panel mounting nut available as option
• Design proof pressure: 150% of maximum rated
• Applicable for cylinder gas, bulk gas line, research labs, analytical specialty gas, high purity gas, mixing gases, and corrosive gases.

Aautomatic change-over systems

AC700 Series is DRASTAR’s Automatic Changeover Regulator and System to provide high flow gases from both cylinder or supply lines continuously and stably in the fields of hospital, pharmaceutical line, research labs, etc. The system is a wall mounting type (standard) constructed of changeover system and regulator. With inlet pressure of 3,600psig (250bar) and outlet pressure up to 290psig (20bar), AC 700 series is extensively applicable for cylinder gas, bulk gas line, lab, specialty gas for analysis application, high purity gases, mixing gas, and corrosive gases, etc.
